Scott Mitchell has a interesting post on his blog regarding bug database to track the bugs during the development. The post also triggered other people's comments that include a bunch of good software list for this topic, which is even superer.
I am on the team of one too and often found that it is such a pain to track this things down but I have to. Right now, I was using an internal only .Text blog site to record but it doesn't help me that much so I wish there are some good tools out there could do much better. Thanks Scott and the comments posters, the information you provided would really help me out of this. I have taken a quick look at these, and found Gemini from CountSoft is pretty good. It is free for 10 users and is based on ASP.net and MS SQL server, which I mostly prefer to use. I will give it a try shortly and hopefull can work out for me.
