Sometimes, I found it is easy to just put the query on Google or MSN other than searching on http://support.microsoft.com.
To enable the auto-completion in Outlook, go into Tools | Options | Email Options | Advanced E-mail options and check the option called “Suggest names while completing the To, Cc, and Bcc fields.”
To delete the entries from the cache:
1. type enough characters so that the name shows up in the list
2. use the down arrow to locate the enty you want to delete
3. press the delete key.
