Well, it seems not a good title but I couldn't think of anything better. I used to use Support.Microsoft.com, a well-known Microsoft knowledge base, to find the solution on how to fix any problems related on Microsoft product. I could find the right article easily by simply typing what the problem is onto the search text box. However, I just realized recently when was the last time I used directly to find the solution. Honestly, I couldn't remember. I even removed the link from my favorite bar on the IE. It seems to me that finding a right article is not that easy anymore, sometimes either giving me none or something not completely related. Maybe the knowledge base is becoming too big, or maybe I wasn't using the right way.
Now I am using Google a lot instead. By simply typing the problem into the text box just like before, I could easily find the right solution not only from Microsoft but from other resources as well, for example, the blog, especially the bloggers who have MVP title with them. Great appreciate what the effort they have been providing!
What I can say about the Google, which is still my first choice!
