Tools of the day

Scott Hanselman has a great My GrokTalk - Ten Tools in Ten Minutes at his blog. The following two I like the most.

Notepad2 - a great enhanced text editor. A must. Personally, I use have notepad2 be your view source editor, and use add notepad2 to the explorer context menu.
Cropper - a fabulous screen capture applet. Usually, PrtSc or Alt-PrtSc key does most of the job but I found it is a little bit inefficiency while I want to capture something from the remote desktop. And this does the job elegantly.
